She presented with a desire for breast lift, mild increase in size, and much desired improvement in symmetry. She had lost approximately 150 pounds. As a teenager, she was diagnosed with Poland syndrome and had previous left breast augmentation in a subglandular position.
Bilateral breast lift and augmentation was performed. A 450cc textured round silicone implant was placed in a subglandular position on the left side and a 535cc textured round silicone implant was placed in a subglandular position on the right side.
Bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty) was also performed in this case.
